Job Title:

Transformation Consultant

A transformation consultant is required to work with clients in the manufacturing industry, focusing on product development and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, change management, and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to clients on product development, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and technologies.
  • Conduct gap analysis and develop recommendations for process improvements.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-16 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and cost savings.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including BoM Management and Configuration Management.
  • Technical expertise in PLM tools, CAD software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
