Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our cross-functional team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality automated tests and contributing to the development of innovative applications.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright. You will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of commercial experience in manual and automation testing, with a strong focus on delivering quality results. They will also have experience working with large datasets and customer bases, as well as knowledge of good practices in testing and API testing using Postman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver automated tests in core technologies
  • Create test documentation
  • Define test scope for the tested area and identify risk
  • Define and improve QA processes
  • Provide support to other team members
  • Lead and input into technical discussions
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of commercial experience with manual and automation testing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Experience working with Cypress.io and/or Playwright
  • Good knowledge of at least one JavaScript programming language
  • Excellent understanding of testing techniques, strong experience with manual testing, and some experience in non-functional testing
  • Knowledge of good practices in testing and the ability to use them in a practical way
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
  • Experience in API testing using Postman
  • Ability to mentor and guide more junior testers
  • Hands-on experience with Databases/Advanced Excel is a big plus
  • Experience working with large datasets or large customer base is a big plus
  • Root cause analysis
  • Test reporting
  • Knowledge of CI/CD setup, SQL databases, Monitoring services, Test design, programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Test planning and QA strategy
  • Knowledge of Python, Java is an added advantage
