Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee overseas admissions for students seeking international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors to achieve monthly/yearly targets.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to visa requirements, and assist students with their visa applications.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions worldwide.
- Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
- Address student concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
- In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
- Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
About the Role
- 6 Days working week.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience.
- Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors.
