
National Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our tractor finance business across India.
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy for tractor loans.
- Drive disbursements through dealership, OEM, and dealer channels.
- Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales managers.
- Expand geographic reach and onboard new distribution partners.
- Partner with tractor manufacturers, dealers, and agri-influencers.
- Ensure portfolio quality with strong compliance and minimal non-performing assets.
Key Qualifications:
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in tractor finance or rural lending.
- At least 3–5 years in a national-level sales leadership role.
- Strong network and relationship management with original equipment manufacturers & dealers.
- Ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive results.
- Deep understanding of rural/agricultural finance market dynamics.
