Job Title: Tractor Finance Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our tractor finance business across India.

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy for tractor loans.
  • Drive disbursements through dealership, OEM, and dealer channels.
  • Lead and mentor zonal, regional, and area sales managers.
  • Expand geographic reach and onboard new distribution partners.
  • Partner with tractor manufacturers, dealers, and agri-influencers.
  • Ensure portfolio quality with strong compliance and minimal non-performing assets.

Key Qualifications:

  • 12–18 years of relevant experience in tractor finance or rural lending.
  • At least 3–5 years in a national-level sales leadership role.
  • Strong network and relationship management with original equipment manufacturers & dealers.
  • Ability to lead large, dispersed teams and drive results.
  • Deep understanding of rural/agricultural finance market dynamics.
