Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Marketing & CTS will be responsible for managing marketing activities and coordinating with the Customer Technical Service (CTS) team. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical support and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
- Drive marketing campaigns to promote products and services across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the CTS team to address client technical requirements and ensure effective product application.
- Provide technical product demonstrations, presentations, and training to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and effectiveness.
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Evaluate customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, campaign management, and market analysis.
- Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques.
- Technical product knowledge in polyester/textile industry with problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in project management and planning.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client liaison and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Customer Technical Service.
- Experience in the polyester or textile industry will be an added advantage.
