Senior AEM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Architect to join our team. As a Senior AEM Architect, you will provide technical leadership and guide teams in designing, developing, and deploying web content solutions using Adobe AEM.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE solution design and deployment, with 5+ years of core experience in Adobe AEM or similar WCM/ECM product suite.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – Core Expertise
  • AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • WorkFusion (RPA/Automation experience)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate infrastructure and plan for scalability.
  • Provide solution architecture for AEM implementations and third-party integrations.
  • Address non-functional requirements such as availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients, analysts, developers, and system administrators.
  • Lead technical discussions and create POCs.
  • Mentor teams while contributing hands-on to design and development.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate.
  • Practical experience with Apache Sling, JCR (JSR-170/283), JSR-168/286, OSGi (Apache Felix).
  • Familiarity with design patterns and Agile methodologies.
