Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Expert

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves taking on a key role in our Group Treasury RWA Reporting team, focusing on regulatory reporting obligations and capital management within a strong risk management framework.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our transformation journey, enhancing data quality, streamlining systems, and leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with a deep understanding of APRA / Basel 3 Credit risk calculation, reporting processes, and systems. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaboration with stakeholders across various functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, ensuring data integrity and addressing internal and external audit queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for regulatory or system changes, providing expert validation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a regulatory reporting role is mandatory.
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools, with a strong ability to interpret complex data.

Your Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as CA/MBA, with 7-8 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
