Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Client relationships management to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline management to track leads and opportunities through the sales process.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market insights to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the recruitment and staffing industry. They should be highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in bringing both permanent and contract-to-hire clients is highly desirable.
