Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary:

Were looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team at Werecruiters. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential customers, developing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential customers through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and address concerns effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Productivity: Effective prioritization and organization of tasks to maximize productivity and meet sales targets within deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Tools: Comfortable using sales and computer tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using email writing and MS Office applications.
