Electronics Systems Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Designer to join our aerospace projects team.

Job Description

The selected candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems for avionics and other electronic applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electronics System Design: Develop complex electronics system designs, analyzing and integrating components using profound understanding of electronics engineering principles.
  • Design & Development: Create high-precision electro-mechanical systems, defining component selection criteria, testing, and validation.
  • Integration & Verification: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of embedded systems with mechanical systems, aligning design parameters and tolerance considerations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address risks associated with embedded software development and mechanical systems, ensuring project success.

To excel in this role, you'll need to bring strong technical fundamentals, proficiency in designing electronic circuits, and experience with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32). Familiarity with embedded C/C++ and knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Fundamentals: Strong understanding of electronics engineering principles, including circuit design and analysis.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in embedded C/C++ and experience with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32).
  • Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Altium, Autodesk Eagle, or similar.
