Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

This role is a technical leadership position focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. As a senior technical lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and efficient software systems.

• Design and implement PSR (Performance Scalability Reliability) strategies, plans, and automation to ensure high-performance software systems.">
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps teams, product owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless performance engineering, design, and testing.">
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to performance engineers in the team, focusing on PSR processes and automation.">
• Prioritize key areas within the platform and encourage bold moves to drive innovation and improvement.">

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivering valuable features into production.">
• Expertise in cloud-based software design, including hands-on experience with SaaS architecture.">
• Familiarity with application performance engineering and performance tuning techniques, including load, stress, spike, scalability, volume, endurance, and soak testing.">
• Proficiency in tools like Load Runner, JMeter, Gatling, K6, NeoLoad, New Relic, DynaTrace, AppDynamics, and similar tools.">
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with thread dumps, heap dumps, and GC logs.">
• Experience with multiple programming languages, including DotNet, Java, Python, and other technologies.">
• Familiarity with databases like PostgresDB, MySQL, Redis, Snowflake, and streaming technologies like Kafka, Kinesis.">
• Containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.">
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in engineering and a BE/B.Tech education.">
