Job Title: Affiliate Program Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketer to build and scale our affiliate programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing affiliate networks, onboarding partners, and optimizing campaigns for measurable return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive user acquisition and brand visibility through affiliate marketing.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and partners in fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates and ensure regular communication, support, and engagement.
  • Negotiate commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs to attract and retain affiliates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (cost per acquisition, ROI, conversion rates, lifetime value).
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3.
  • Proven success in building and managing affiliate programs and partner pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
