Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Information Security professional to spearhead our efforts in ensuring the seamless integration and effective utilization of our diverse product portfolio. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand product functionalities, address concerns, and optimize solutions across various domains.

In this critical role, you will operate as a key liaison between senior management and client organizations, focusing on health care industry regulated security requirements and environments in relation to business objectives. You will help identify operational issues and plan next steps from an information security viewpoint.

This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and influence at a managerial level within client organizations. You will demonstrate industry expertise and understanding of security governance and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA and NIST standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the integration of our products into client systems, ensuring smooth deployment and compatibility
  • Educating stakeholders on data security best practices and implementing compliance measures to mitigate risks associated with sensitive information
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients regarding product functionalities, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with product development teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation based on client feedback and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Ten or more years of experience in information security, with expertise in corporate-level security systems and implementation procedures
  • CISSP certification and experience working with domain structures, user authentication, user profiles, and digital signatures
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
