Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional service to clients and optimize the use of our syndicated analytics products.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with client-facing teams to provide outstanding service on our analytics solution.
  2. Support the global insights team as a subject matter expert for our analytics solution.
  3. Drive initiatives globally, such as conducting internal trainings and clinics to upskill the wider team, improving internal processes, and implementing best practices.
  4. Provide actionable feedback to cross-functional teams.
  5. Support sales in producing and interpreting client usage statistics.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including ability to understand and communicate complex analysis, resolve data queries, and manage client expectations.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating across departments and functions at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
