We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee analysts supporting commercial real estate lending operations. This role demands leadership, in-depth knowledge of CRE lending, and proven ability to drive collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor analysts processing loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with performance indicators (KPIs) with high accuracy.
  • Track, review, and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching.
Operational Excellence
  • Enforce adherence to lending policies and standards.
  • Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission.
  • Support the use of systems to monitor loan applications through approval.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as single point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions.
Compliance & Risk
  • Oversee collaboration with compliance teams for onboarding cases.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific policies.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and insights for senior leadership.
Training & Development
  • Conduct training on CRE lending practices and compliance.
  • Drive culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working with international clients.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRE lending, credit documentation, and compliance.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
