We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team.

This role will be primarily responsible for the cleanup and coding of bank transactions for clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and be comfortable working with digital-first businesses like YouTubers and influencers.

Key responsibilities include performing cleanup and categorization/coding of bank transactions, reviewing and reconciling AP-related financial data, identifying and correcting discrepancies or misclassifications, supporting onboarding of new creator clients, collaborating with client service teams, ensuring compliance with internal policies and client requirements, preparing periodic reports, and maintaining organized digital records.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and have 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.

A strong knowledge of transaction coding, reconciliations, and AP processes is essential, along with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar.

Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines, the ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and clients.
