Immigration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Immigration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a complex caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume NIV/IV cases with focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B.
  • Independently manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams for efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report progress and status to legal teams and managers in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with government organizations, including USCIS, CBP, US Department of State, and US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations and submission deadlines.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and pinpoint delays in the process.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct consistent case tracking and management as per firm policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of immigration experience with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
