Performance Marketing Lead

This role involves managing Google Ads and other search platforms to drive client success. The ideal candidate will have experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC), with a strong analytical approach and data-driven thought process.

  • Manage daily account activities on Google Ads or other search platforms
  • Create and execute strategies to exceed client goals, based on understanding of client objectives
  • Develop and implement campaign structures, targeting, creatives, betas, and other paid search initiatives
  • Lead a team of 3-5 people
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reports for key metrics, goal tracking, revenue monitoring, and other paid search efforts
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting areas of importance in line with client goals
  • Communicate project development, timelines, and results to the team and management
  • Collaborate with leadership to modify strategic plans and explain business growth opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal product development efforts

Requirements:

  • Proven 4-6 years of experience in SEM and PPC
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads features including Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Analytical approach, data-driven thought process, and optimization mindset
  • Able to think creatively, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
