Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our team.

  • Assist with talent sourcing, screening, and selection processes to ensure we hire the best candidates for the job.
  • Support in coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication among all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement effective onboarding programs that welcome new employees and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including performance data, training history, and benefits enrollment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other productivity software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection and proficiency in using productivity software.
