Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Specialist to design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Architecture Design: Develop LAN/WAN architectures, hybrid cloud connectivity, and network security solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Cloud Integration: Configure and maintain VPNs, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and Cloud Interconnect to ensure seamless communication between on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Cloud Network Deployment: Implement AWS VPCs, Azure Virtual Networks, and GCP VPCs, including subnetting, routing, and security groups to ensure secure and scalable networks.
  • Firewall Management: Administer Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, Checkpoint, Juniper SRX, and Zscaler firewalls to ensure robust security and compliance.
  • SD-WAN Solutions: Design and implement Cisco Viptela, Versa, and Spine-Leaf architectures to optimize WAN performance and reduce costs.
  • Cybersecurity Frameworks: Develop and implement threat prevention, SSL decryption, and zero-trust models to ensure comprehensive security and compliance.
  • Automation Tools: Utilize Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting, and Jinja2 templates to automate deployments and streamline operations.
  • Network Monitoring: Conduct log analysis using Wireshark, Cisco Prime, Infoblox, SolarWinds, Splunk, FortiMonitor, and NPM to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership in network performance optimization, security hardening, and incident response.

  • Network Technologies: LAN/WAN Architecture, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, VTP, NAT, PAT, STP, RSTP, PVST, MSTP, SDN, VXLAN, EVPN, ACI
  • Cloud & Automation: AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Cisco Meraki, Terraform, Ansible, Python
  • Security: PAP, CHAP, Zero Trust (Zscaler), Sourcefire IDS/IPS, Blue Coat, Palo Alto Wildfire, Threat Prevention
  • Monitoring & Management: Wireshark, Cisco Prime, Infoblox, SolarWinds, Splunk, FortiMonitor, Micro Focus NNMi, Log Analysis
  • Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Cisco IOS, IOS XR
  • Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet FortiGate, Checkpoint, Juniper SRX, Zscaler
Certifications:
  • CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate
