As a senior security engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying and maintaining secure network infrastructure.

Job Overview:

This position requires an expert with hands-on experience in Fortinet FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) including advanced threat protection and VPN services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain FortiGate firewalls for NGFW features: IPS, application control, web filtering, antivirus, etc.
  • IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote access
  • High Availability (HA) clustering and health checks
  • Firewall rules, NAT, routing, and segmentation policies
  • Manage Citrix NetScaler appliances for load balancing of web and application services, SSL offloading, certificate installation, and renewal
  • Monitor and troubleshoot firewall and NetScaler performance, logs, and alerts
  • Perform regular security rule reviews, software upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
  • Assist with incident response and forensic analysis involving firewall and NetScaler traffic
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in network security engineering roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW and VPN features
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing concepts, VLANs, and access control
