We are seeking an experienced Dynamics AX professional to support our enterprise application environment with a strong focus on data extraction, transformation and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all core Dynamics AX modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA) and Projects.
  • Work independently to deep dive into concepts after a high-level knowledge transfer including debugging existing AX customizations tracing and understanding business logic in X++ and SQL extracting and transforming data from Microsoft SQL Server writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for reporting and migration performing pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization.
  • Experience with data migration transformation and validation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced minimal-supervision environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing the scripts.
  • Solid understanding of stored procedures triggers and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
