**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Systems Developer to join our team at ConnectPro Management Consultants Pvt Ltd. As an AMS CAD Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing analog circuit designs, setting up and maintaining the design environment, and providing technical support to design engineers.

This position requires strong expertise in setting up and maintaining the design environment, developing and optimizing design flows, and providing technical support to design engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schematic Capture and Layout Design: Configure and maintain EDA tools for schematic capture and layout design.
  • Design Flows and Automation: Develop and customize design flows to meet specific project requirements and automate routine tasks using scripting languages like Perl, Python, C-Shell, and TCL.
  • PDK Setup and Customization: Set up and customize process design kits (PDKs) for different technology nodes.
  • Design Libraries and Verification: Create and maintain design libraries, including standard cells, I/O cells, and memory cells, and provide technical support for tool usage and debugging.
Requirements:
  • Analog Circuit Design Principles: Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and methodologies.
  • EDA Tools and Scripting Languages: Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Compiler, etc.) and experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, C-Shell, TCL).
  • Design Verification Tools: Knowledge of design verification tools (Spectre, Eldo, etc.).
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
