">About the Role:
  • Leadership and Strategy
  • The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital payments by leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through execution.

  • Collaboration and Communication
  • The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with technology, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of impactful features while maintaining a strategic view of the evolving payments landscape.
  • Skill Development and Management
  • The Product Manager will own and manage a prioritized product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined initiatives, epics, and stories that deliver measurable value.
  • This involves conducting business and technical requirement analysis, managing Jira boards, and maintaining clear documentation to support agile delivery.
  • Relationship Building
  • The Product Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional alignment, communication, and commitment to shared goals and dependencies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management
  • Proven experience defining and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and business models in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to work across global teams and time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and delivering results under tight timelines
  • Solid understanding of payments architecture, digital ecosystems, and technology product development lifecycles
