As an innovative Mechanical Design Engineer at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your expertise will help us design and develop groundbreaking e-bike components that meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development, from concept to launch.

We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, specifically in automobile systems and EV-related technologies. Your experience in vehicle integration, engineering Bill of Materials (BoM), and Engineering Change Notes (ECN) management will be invaluable assets to our team. Additionally, your proficiency in Solid Works, PLM knowledge, and familiarity with Hyper mesh and CAE analysis will enable you to create robust designs that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative e-bike components using Solid Works
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development
  • Manage BoM and ECN processes to ensure efficient production
  • Benchmark and coordinate with suppliers for Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)
  • Ensure compliance with CMVR / Homologation requirements

Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Solid Works, including part modeling, drafting, assembly, system layouts, and vehicle-level layouts
  • PLM knowledge and experience with Hyper mesh and CAE analysis

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment
