Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the design group, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical engineering components, SPMs, and reviewing 2D detail drawings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical engineering components, SPMs, and review 2D detail drawings to meet customer requirements and specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that balance functionality and optimization.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency in design processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 4-10 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong understanding of automation, electromechanical/mechatronics concepts, and related technologies.

  • Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings, standards, and precision components.

  • Awareness of commercial items like Bearings, motors, gearboxes, Servomotors, sensors, conveyors, etc.

  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and robotics is an added advantage.

  • Proficiency in CAD platforms, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
