Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced geotechnical professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering fundamentals and site coordination skills.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for drafting scope of work for field/lab testing agencies, including borehole number, depth, and test types as per codes.
  • They will also coordinate with field teams to resolve technical queries and suggest changes during site execution.
  • Additionally, they will review and summarize borehole data to assist structural design and foundation decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed Geotechnical Interpretation Reports, including safe bearing capacity (SBC), pile capacity, soil spring constants, liquefaction analysis, soil-structure interaction, and secure approval from authorities and stakeholders.
  • Review field tests like pile load tests and plate load tests.
  • Support pre-bid engineering and represent the firm in technical meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical investigation/reporting.
  • Strong civil engineering fundamentals and site coordination skills.
  • Proficient in preparing design summaries and technical documentation.
  • Effective communicator and team player.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with LPILE, WALLAP, PLAXIS, or equivalent geotechnical software.
  • Exposure to ground anchoring and improvement techniques.
  • Prior experience with infrastructure or structural projects.
