Job Description

The primary function of this position is to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of industrial machinery and equipment. This includes ensuring smooth operation, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to maintain optimal performance.

As a maintenance manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance personnel, overseeing maintenance schedules, and coordinating with other departments as needed.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and prioritize repairs.
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand production needs and develop maintenance strategies that meet those needs.
