About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to own the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive all processes in the product lifecycle, including product scoping, planning, positioning, pricing, requirements, roadmap development, prioritization, execution, and product launch.
  • Translate product plans into detailed engineering requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, customer success, design, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products while ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates us from competitors and other point solutions available in the market.
  • Ideate, appraise, and execute new product features by running pilot & beta programs.
  • Define, measure, and improve metrics that assess product performance and success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager in Series B or C stage, B2B Sales SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset & attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially while working with Engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Product design, Strategy, etc is required. Master's degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
