Ecommerce Seller Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Seller Acquisition Specialist to join our Actio Service Provider Pvt Ltd team in India. As an integral part of our South & East charter, you will be responsible for acquiring sellers through our Feet on Street (FoS) model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit markets to pitch sellers about Meesho platform and assist them with registration process
• Help registered sellers with catalog uploads on the supplier panel
• Assist with order processing after catalogs are uploaded

Requirements:

• 0.5-1 year of experience preferably in sales or B2B onboardings
• Regional language proficiency
• Basic understanding of virtual meeting platforms like Google Meet and Zoom

We offer a competitive compensation package, which includes:

• A base salary of approximately ₹ 25,000 per month, paid out as follows: 40% for registration targets, 40% for cataloging targets, and 20% for first order delivered targets
• An additional ₹ 5,000 per month for conveyance, pro-rated to attendance
• Bonus payouts for exceeding targets in any component, proportionate to the excess
