Sales Growth Specialist

Drive business growth through strategic sales and partnerships.

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, onboarding new clients, and generating revenue through strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of media sales, excellent networking skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand our media sales portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and negotiations to secure business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored media solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and client engagement.


The successful candidate will have proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the media industry. Strong networking skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset are also required. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is beneficial.
