HR Experience Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that employees have a seamless and efficient experience across all HR processes. This includes onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.

You will work closely with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and help implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Your role will ensure that employees feel supported, informed, and engaged as they navigate our systems and processes in over 90 countries.

Responsibilities
  • Be our in-house HR expert for the assigned region, handling complex people-related matters as they relate to the EOR employee lifecycle.
  • Owning and driving EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits.
  • Providing high-level support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR-related queries.
  • Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
  • Providing a high-touch local experience where required, and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale.
