Credit Card Sales Lead

In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end sales performance for assigned channels or regions, ensuring aggressive growth targets are met. You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new card customers through direct sales, partnerships, digital channels, or physical distribution networks.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will have a proven track record of managing and growing sales channels or regions, with experience in credit card or consumer lending product lines a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to exceed targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key external partners to grow card sales through strategic alliances.
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth cross-functional execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles within financial services, cards, or payments industries.

Compensation: ₹50 Lakhs - ₹70 Lakhs per annum
