Job Opportunity: CMDB & HAM Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance asset lifecycle management and configuration practices globally.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB modules, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence in IT asset and configuration management.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery of HAM and CMDB engagements, configuring robust identification and reconciliation rules, monitoring CMDB health, and defining standard Configuration Items (CIs) and classification schemas.

The successful candidate will also develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and compliance frameworks for HAM and CMDB, create and enhance application maps using ServiceNow Service Mapping, configure MID Servers for integrations and data synchronization, customize ServiceNow environments, design and manage reports and dashboards, identify and implement opportunities for continuous service improvement, define, improve, and manage periodic audit and verification processes for asset data, and conduct regular stakeholder engagements and cadence meetings.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in this field, excellent documentation and process design skills, strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of CMDB architecture, CI types, and dependency mapping.
