We are seeking a motivated Senior Electronics Hardware Design Specialist to join our agile hardware development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality Printed Circuit Boards using CAD software.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for PCB assembly and fabrication.
  • Design layouts to develop high-speed reliable circuits with optimal routing.
  • Analyze and resolve any design-related issues promptly.
  • Provide support to manufacturing teams throughout the production process.
  • Offer revisions based on customer specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing designs for increased efficiency.
  • Assist teams in preparing test procedures to verify PCB functions accurately.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards and their design principles.
  • Experience working with software such as OrCAD and Altium.
  • Clear understanding of PCB layer stack up and design rules.
  • Knowledge of common PCB design best practices.
  • Experience working with and designing engineering drawings effectively.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to changing project requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics and circuit design, with experience in PCB design and development. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to analyze complex design issues.
