Job Title: Hardware Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective hardware solutions for air conditioning products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective hardware design strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of hardware systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of electronic hardware design, including power electronics, schematic capture, PCB design tools, and hardware simulation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
