Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing and a proven track record of driving customer adoption and engagement.

The Growth Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to increase customer acquisition, drive customer value, and improve the overall user experience. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams such as digital marketing, tech solutions, and product to design targeted campaigns and optimize user journeys.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work with large data sets, and possess a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design targeted campaigns and optimize user journeys
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-6 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience working with campaign management tools and marketing automation software
