Employment-Based Immigration Attorney

At a boutique immigration firm, we are focused on employment-based immigration law.

We seek an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of employment-based immigration cases, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and edit complex NIV/IV cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B
  • Manage a large caseload while collaborating with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively and timely with clients throughout the visa process
  • Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring procedural compliance
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and initiative in case assignments and identify delays to rectify them
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and RFE responses
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong case management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Minimum three years of immigration experience, preferably with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is desirable.
