Senior Construction Project Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction completions, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, reviewing progress of various projects, and conducting field safety audits.
Essential Responsibilities- Prepare business plans for assigned areas of operations and schedule jobs in consultation with the team.
- Monitor job progress as per schedules and visit sites to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries from factories and forecast labor resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop contingency plans for estimates and analyze situations effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably with strong leadership skills and good decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
