Data Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage complex data migrations and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Migrations: Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations using AI coding assistants.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets.
  • Data Transformation & Modelling: Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature.
  • Documentation: Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management.

You will work closely with our technical team to develop and implement efficient data migration processes, ensuring seamless integration with our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex data and has experience with data migration and transformation.

Requirements:

  • Customer migration experience: You must have conducted a number of customer migrations (+20).
  • Internal migration experience: We will also consider those who have experience transforming and migrating data as a part of a data engineering role.
