SAP Data Migration Consultant

A high-level overview of the role and responsibilities.

As a SAP data migration consultant, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and managing data migration activities for SAP projects ensuring seamless transition and accuracy of business-critical data. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP data management and Syniti toolset to deliver successful data migrations.

Main Responsibilities

Data Migration Planning and Execution

  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects using the Syniti toolset.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data migration requirements and create migration strategies that meet business needs.

Data Quality and Integrity

  • Ensure data quality consistency and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle by implementing robust data cleansing and transformation techniques.

Migration Support and Documentation

  • Provide cutover and post-migration support to ensure smooth transition to SAP systems.
  • Prepare documentation reports and dashboards on migration progress and quality metrics to inform stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in SAP data migration projects.
  • Strong expertise with Syniti tool formerly BOA DSP ADM for SAP data migration.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP modules ECC S/4HANA preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of ETL processes SQL data cleansing and transformation techniques.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.
