We're seeking a seasoned architect to spearhead the development of scalable enterprise applications on Microsoft Power Platform. As part of our platform architecture team, you will guide architecture, design and implementation of products built on Power Platform and Dataverse for the Financial Services Industry.

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommend optimal technology solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Architect, design, and develop applications using Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Establish governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices on Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on new technologies like Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Copilot Agents.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors and REST APIs.
  • Conduct reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform strategies using Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) activities in client engagements.

To be successful, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/ 365
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Professional certification in CRM or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse and using Power Platform components.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
