Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT specialist to administer, monitor and troubleshoot electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems. This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors and internal business applications while maintaining compliance and high standards of data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance etc).
  • Manage the onboarding process for new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, technical specs and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
