Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple product and feature-level projects from planning to execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Break down business objectives into manageable sprints, tasks, and workflows.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs.
  • Track and flag potential risks, blockers, or delays, and support mitigation efforts.
  • Keep all task boards, documentation, and project artifacts up-to-date and accessible.

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
  • Prior experience using project management tools.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a knack for keeping things on track.
