The successful candidate will have extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions, with a proven track record of successfully scaling teams, managing diverse operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure seamless service delivery across all properties.
  • Oversee human resource development, training, and foster a positive work environment for high overall productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits to monitor service quality, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage operational budgets by adequate resource allocations and minimising expenses via cost-effective strategies.
  • Supervise timely hostel pre-launches by ensuring operational readiness and quality checks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality/hotel management
  • Min. 6 years experience in the hospitality industry, with extensive operational experience in managing multiple properties or regions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English and local language is a MUST
  • Willingness to travel and manage hotels/hostels across various locations
