Income Calculation Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Income Calculation Specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for income calculation and will work on mortgage underwriting.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting income calculation with a strong knowledge of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with W2s, 1040s, pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
