Job Title: IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee the management of our systems, networks, and user support.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user assistance for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues; diagnose and resolve faults.
  • System & Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, peripherals, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • User Assistance: Offer system access, applications, and connectivity support for seamless operations.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Ensure regular data backups, patch updates, and adherence to IT security protocols.
  • Asset & Vendor Management: Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and services.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data backup, patch management, IT security protocols.
  • A strong understanding of VMware and Cyber Security is beneficial.
