Job Title: Associate Director

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead end-to-end transitions and projects. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in hybrid environments, requiring at least three days of office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transitions and projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within scope.
  • Develop and maintain transition/project plans, documenting process performance and success criteria.
  • Provide transparent visibility to senior leadership on transition/project journey, highlighting risks/issues/challenges timely.
  • Follow organizational transition/project methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
  • Own, govern, and enhance the transition/project methodology as required.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive transitions, projects, and change across the organization.
  • Manage high-stakeholder relationships with both onshore and offshore teams throughout various transition stages.
  • Act as a guide and support for 'lite' transitions managed within business functions.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation degree.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations, program management, and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
