Job Title: Corporate Reputation Specialist
The role of the Corporate Reputation Specialist is multifaceted and demands a high level of expertise in managing and maintaining a company's public image. The key responsibilities of this position include undertaking consulting services for clients as directed by senior members, managing day-to-day client activities with or without direction from seniors, assisting in business development and providing inputs to new business gathering, attending, participating, and often running client meetings, owning media and influencer outreach while identifying and engaging with new journalists and possible influencers.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth, be able to articulate their representation and conduct in a professional manner, guide and mentor junior colleagues, demonstrate a respectful and tactful approach towards co-workers and clients, and adopt a team and client-first approach.Main Responsibilities:
  • Undertake consulting services for clients as directed by senior members.
  • Manage day-to-day client activities with or without direction from seniors.
  • Assist in business development and provide inputs to new business gathering.
  • Attend, participate, and often run client meetings.
  • Own media and influencer outreach while identifying and engaging with new journalists and possible influencers.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years' experience with some experience leading a mandate while working with senior and junior colleagues in a constructive manner.
  • Understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth.
  • Articulate representation and conduct in a professional manner.
  • Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues.
  • Respectful and tactful with co-workers and clients while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.
