Memory Design Expert Sought

We are looking for an accomplished Memory Design Expert to develop memory compilers and cores achieving outstanding Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) metrics. Key responsibilities include designing and developing digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches, as well as performing simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Designing memory compilers and memory Fast Cache instances.
  • Understanding computer architecture and concepts.
  • SRAm architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis and Monte Carlo Simulations.
  • Design verification: Sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis and marginality analysis.
  • High speed/low power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, Static and complex logic circuits.
  • Power versus Performance versus Area trade-offs in typical CMOS design.
  • Physical implementation impact on circuit performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance and a good understanding of high-performance and low-power circuit designs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and quality checks.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Nice to have skills: Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows, Circuit Simulation and Optimization of standard cells.
